Brauhaus(Beer House) is a new addition to the microbrewery segment of Gurgaon. Its been almost 2 months this place is up and running and I recently got a chance to be there with my friends. It was a Sunday afternoon and we visited this place impromptu.

What to order-
Achari & Malai Soya Chap – This was a delight for my vegetarian friends, well now you have something besides cottage-cheese to eat.

Dohra Kebab is a and uplift version and fusion of chicken and mutton seek kebab. It really take some skill to roll two minced meat over each other.

Chicken ke Sholay is a their version of chicken tikka, which is slightly spicy and goes well with beer.

Thin Crust pizza is a good to have snack, crust was crispy and melted cheese and veges were in good proportion.

Cheese Cigar – spiced mozzarella cheese rolled on pasty sheets. Though the outer layer was slightly thick and we gave our inputs to the chef and he was open to criticism.

Drinks – In-house, freshly brewed beer is really good, after having a glass of beer I asked my server to bring me a cocktail and he made a suggestion for whiskey based cocktail with orange juice which was simply blissful.

Grilled Chicken Breast with mash potato and green vegetable was a perfectly balanced main course.
